I remember watching the last episode of Prison Break and I was so sad about how it all ended. The last episode aired on May 15th, 2009. But in the spring of 2017 we will get to know more, because that is when Prison Break will return.
Lots of people we know from Prison Break will return to the new season and in the trailer which can be seen below you can see for example Lincoln (Dominic Purcell), Theodore “T-Bag” Bagwell (Robert Knepper), and Sara Tancredi (Sarah Wayne Callies). And last, but not least, we can see Michael Scofield. How is that possible? Well, we do not really now, but it seems to have a very important role in the new season of Prison Break, so if you want to know what’s up with Sara Tancredi, Michael Scofield, Lincoln and also with the special character of Theodore Bagwell, then you will have to wait for the new season to be released in the start of 2017. This is not the only interesting comeback that can be seen on Fox in the start of 2017, because in February 2017 we will also get the chance to see 24: Legacy, this time without Kiefer Sutherland and Jack Bauer, but with a new hero introduced to us instead.
I wasn’t that much of a Prison Break fan, but it will be interesting to see how this TV series will develop as it returns to Fox again in 2017. It is quite special that so many TV series will return to the screen in the autumn of 2016 and early spring 2017. Prison Break and 24 Legacy are not the only TV series like that. Lethal Weapon, also coming to Fox, is kind of the same, and if you think of CBS then Macgyver returning to the screens is also an interesting comeback.
